Returns & Exchanges

At this time, Zenzy does not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, preference changes, or other non-defective product concerns.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of the delivery date only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received an incorrect item that does not match your order

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including clear photos of the item received.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email admin@zenzy.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs/videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Return of Defective or Incorrect Items

Customers are not required to return defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items before a refund decision is made.

Zenzy may request photographs or additional information to verify the issue before approving a refund.

Refund Approval Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

Please note that your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact admin@zenzy.co within 2 hours of placing your order and include your order number.

While we will make every effort to accommodate requests submitted after this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun or the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Refunds

If an order is successfully cancelled before it has been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference changes after purchase
  • Orders successfully delivered as described
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery

Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Orders

Damaged or Defective Item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please email us with your order number and a photograph of the item received. We will investigate and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the missing item(s). We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
